In vorige functies lag de focus vooral op het verzorgen van oplossingen voor de eindgebruiker, zodat deze zonder problemen verder kan werken. Uit de gevonden/toegepaste oplossing haalde ik de energie om de klant en mezelf een groter tevredenheidsgevoel te geven. Dit was vooral software gericht.In de huidige functie is het vooral de praktische invulling en uitvoering van maatregelen voor de opdrachtgever/klant die veel aandacht vragen; overleg en een goede afstemming bewerkstelligen zijn hierbij plezierig om te doen.Intern houdt dit in dat er op proces- en IT-gebied leuke uitdagingen liggen.
