Nauw contact met uitvoerders over afstemming werkzaamheden, vergunningaanvragen, verkeersplannen maken, interne IT zaken verbeteren

Ondersteuning bieden aan gebruikers (gemeenten/waterschappen) van de Exxellence Suite door beantwoorden telefonische vragen danwel meldingen ingediend via de web-supportapplicatie. Meldingen doorzetten naar ontwikkeling en monitoren van de voortgang. Afstemmen met klant over implementatie van oplossing.

Registratie van gereedschapuitgifte/inname geimplementeerd op basis van Microsoft Excel. Diverse bronbestanden gekoppeld middels Visual Basic. Een soortgelijk mechanisme opgezet voor de onderhoudskaarten behorende bij deze gereedschappen. Hierdoor is het terug kunnen vinden van keuringsdata en het aanpassen hiervan vereenvoudigd.

Gedetacheerd bij Olde Kalter Verkeer & Mobiliteit. Vanuit deze opdrachtgever vooral veel contact met Rijkswaterstaat en aannemers die voor deze overheidsinstantie onderhoud plegen aan o.a. signaleringssystemen langs snelwegen. Verantwoordelijk voor vergunningaanvragen voor deze werkzaamheden. Inplannen/afstemmen werkzaamheden. Daarnaast ook in het veld bezig met plaatsen afzettingen/omleidingen.

Ondersteunen van o.a. grootschalige (meerdaagse) evenementen op gebied van verkeersafhandeling (o.a. Military Boekelo).Daarnaast voor de locale overheid monitoren en (bij)sturen van verkeersstromen ten tijde van grootschalig onderhoud aan de belangrijkste wegen (b.v. onderhoud aan de RW35, onderhoud aan VRI's op grote kruispunten).

Aansturen ServiceDeskmedewerkers. ServiceDesk is verantwoordelijk voor verwerken van verzoeken van klanten/opdrachtgevers betreffende aanpassingen in o.a. domeinnaamregistraties. Daarnaast informeren van klanten ten tijde van storingen in verbindingen richting internet/serverpark van klanten.
