I believe that true achievements and long-term success are conditioned by strong effort and hard work. I hold high expectations for myself and expect the same from others. I always give it my all to have peace of mind no matter if at work or at a sports ground. Some may view this as old-fashioned. Perhaps I should alter my approach, but I will not.I believe in leadership based on dedication, passion and wholeheartedness that inspires others. It has proven me right, receiving the same attitude back from my team colleagues. I find it very rewarding to manage, inspire and motivate people, witnessing their growth. This, coupled with personal recognition, is the primary reason why I approach my work the way I do. People are by far the most valuable asset of any business, and I always prioritize attitude over academic qualifications or past experiences. The right mindset is key, the rest can be always developed.Maintaining a positive atmosphere in the team and having fun along the way is vital. There is never enough laughter, no matter what work pressure and projects we face. People nowadays take themselves too seriously, especially in large corporations full of rules, specialized departments and clear hierarchy. It is essential for me to work with people with both feet on the ground and their heart in the right place, you always find these in my team. I like being challenged. Every new challenge gives me an opportunity to grow with success. I am competitive and driven to succeed. I deliver results and I want to be known as the one who gets things done regardless difficult conditions and challenges that might come along the way. My latest challenge of establishing strong Skoda brand in the Middle East is on – and I can’t wait to see where it will take me.
