Team Coordinator
CurrentAt Miltenyi Biotec, I'm coordinating a team responsible for the development and production of recombinant antibody fragments such as Fabs, scFv and nanobodies to be used for cell separation, imaging and cell therapy applications. I'm actively involved in every step of the bioprocess, from gene design and expression to purification and functionality testing of the protein. I have a passion for designing and optimizing processes, e.g. improving producer clone screening and USP/DSP development for more efficient recombinant protein production in bacteria and mammalian cells. In addition, I'm experienced in analyzing and presenting scientific data in a multinational research environment and I like interacting, managing and collaborating on challenging projects.
