As a Digital Advisor Partner, I will provide advisory on easier cloud and digital adoption - Journey to Cloud, Cloud Value Assessment and Readiness, Multi-Speed IT, Agile Technology, Cloud Governance and Cloud Compliance. Support customers in the implementation of key transformation and strategic IT projects.

As Group CTO Governance, I was responsible to support digital and data transformation in seven CEE countries by strategy of infrastructure consolidation, hybrid cloud, DevOps and multi-speed IT. I implemented a new digital collaboration platform based on the O365 cloud.

CTO, December 2008 - May 2012 CTO and IT operation role (130 FTE; 500mio CZK) with responsibility for end-user support, operation of application and infrastructure, development of end user environment and infrastructure. My main task was to reduce cost, bring innovation and improve operational stability by transforming infrastructure and end user environment. CIO, May 2012 - February 2014 Since May 2012 CIO role of Ceska Pojistovna (330 FTE; 1,1 bln CZK). Main focus was further IT TCO reduction, apps architecture simplification and transformation, update of Change, IT and Business architecture processes. On August 2013 my position has been extended as CIO for Generali Group in Czech Republic (450 FTE; 1,5 bln CZK) including other subject like Generali CZ, CP and Pension Fund, etc.Regional CTO + Transformation Head of GIS, February 2014-December 2014Within May 2013 - October 2013 Generali group decided to consolidate major part of global infrastructure (450M EUR, 1000 FTE, Savings 20%, Datacenter and Workplace area, 6 countries - IT, GE, FR, AT, CZ, HU) by Infrastructure Excellence Program which end up by establishment of global company named GIS (Generali Infrastructure Services) in July 2014. In 2013 I supported Program from my CIO role and in period February -December 2014 I was responsible for Transformation (PMO of Program) and for operations in Czech republic and Hungary as Regional CTO. Ceska Pojistovna is leader of Czech insurance market. Ceska pojistovna has been part of Generali PPF Holding since 2008 ... joint venture of two shareholders in CEE - Generali Group (one of the largest insurance companies worldwide), and PPF Group (a leading closely-held financial and investment group decided to cooperate in the areas of insurance and pension business).

I was responsible for sales support and delivery of ICT services (70+50 FTE; 2,5 bln CZK) for Corporate and Government customers. Early as Manager of Customer Solution I supported sale team only by telecommunication solutions. Later as Director of ICT Solutions it was extended to converged ICT solutions and delivery of the key ICT projects including P&L of projects, presales and delivery, facing senior customer management, new service strategy. Finally as Director of Managed Customer Solution I was accountable for life cycle of Managed ICT services - product portfolio strategy, bid management, technical presales, project management, service level management and service desk.Telefonica O2 Czech Republic was in that time in ownership of Telefonica (Spain worldwide Telco and IT operator) and was created by merge of two companies Český Telecom (fix voice and data) and Eurotel (mobile voice and data) in Czech market. Actually the company is known as O2 Czech Republic with main shareholder of PPF Group.

I started as project manager. Afterwards in 2001 as Program Manager I become responsible for team of project managers, which delivered solutions and products to LU customers in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Since 2003 as Customer Delivery Manager my responsibility was extended to order management, logistic and supplier Management (15 FTE; 1bln CZK).Lucent Technologies (formerly part of AT&T, lately known as Alcatel-Lucent) delivers the products and services for telecommunication providers.

I was responsible for Telecommunication Unit (TCS) with P&L. TCS team provided design, project deployment and operational outsourcing in given areas – LAN/WAN, Network Security, Internet services and e-Commerce Services.Debis IT Services Czech was created by buying of Oasa Computers (former Czech IT integrator) by Debis (IT company of Daimler Benz). Debis, which was lately sell to T-System, was focused on IT system integration and outsourcing market.

I managed the technical team which was responsible for technical sales support, projects deployment, advanced monitoring services and operational outsourcing of customer networks.Omnicom was privately held company with focus on the value-added sevices of LAN/WAN solutions and services for corporate customers.

I was responsible for all operational issue, supplier management, development and operation of Information System.Lifox was privately held company and offered broker shares services on Czech market.
