Since February 2020, I have been the manager of production, maintenance, and facility.My daily responsibilities include leading the production team, validating production planning, controlling product quality, and supervising warehouse processes, as well as the maintenance and expedition departments. I am also focused on developing processes and improving workflow. All operations comply with ISO 9001 standards.Epoli s.r.o., located in the Czech Republic, is a plant of the Portuguese company EPOLI – Espumas de Polietileno, S.A.Our business specializes in the extrusion of LDPE foam rolls of various densities, shapes, thicknesses, lengths, colors, etc., along with post-processing steps such as perforation, pre-cutting, and cut-to-size sheets/rolls, as well as LDPE foam lamination (where rolls of PE foam are unwound, surfaces are heated and melted, and then pressed together).Our final products are primarily used as packaging materials and for insulation (thermal, kinetic energy, chemical corrosion, humidity, electrical, and sound insulation).
