Start-up of the company in the Czech Republic- Set-up, organization and management of the operations of the company (HW and SW purchases, office management, HR management, planning and budgeting and similar)- Set-up and management of safety regulations and other company rules (working times, flexible working, covid, home office, language courses, first aid courses, other education- HR management including hiring process to enable the planned growth (hired 50+ people) with planned given structure per teams, per categories - currently 45 FTE- Organisation and management of team meetings, smaller focused group/project meeting, educational workshops, update meeting, regular quarterly or half-year performance talks and yearly summary meeting- Setting-up performance standards and other KPIs and keep track of them (first year every 3 months, then every 6 -12 months), define job requirements and their execution- Setting up the structure of the teams (leads, seniors, standard, juniors) and organisation of team events and workshops, business travel visits etc.- Management of reporting monthly financial figures to mother company, set up and oversee the accounting process, audit support, monthly salary runs- Set-up and management of internal tracking tools and general task management system, implementation of time booking system for employees to be able to fetch data per project / needs.- Escalation and risk management- Company yearly budget creation, management and reporting and business representation (in ENG, GER and CZE) and development
