Symphony was a development consultancy with an exceptional company culture. In less than two years, we grew from zero to a team of 20 and worked with clients such as Apple/SMI, Havas, T-Mobile, Amnesty International, Sanofi, or Sodexo. Project highlights:- Development of Amnesty International’s award-winning Prison Exit, a novel browser-based VR experience to support political prisoners in Russia.- Online strategy, design and ongoing development of digital channels for SMI, world’s leading manufacturer of eye tracking equipment, which was acquired by Apple in early 2017. We continued to work with the new Apple management for another year.Symphony No. 9 was acquired by Rebel & Glory Creation Group in 2017.

My mission was to enable international expansion after the company rapidly doubled in size to 70+ employees. Introduced a new management structure, implemented transparent, company-wide reporting and stabilized company’s cash flow as a basis for opening New York and San Francisco offices, all while delivering close to a hundred client projects and supporting several internal startups.

Lead the design and development of multiple online projects of Home Credit in China and Vietnam, including corporate websites, lead-generating microsites and innovative MVPs. We supported 100k+ daily users, defended ourselves against frequent hacker attacks and battled the Great Firewall.

Responsible for delivery of digital projects for enterprise clients around the globe (T-Mobile, Peugeot, Citroen, Kinder, Reckitt Benckiser, Sanofi, Merck, Havas New York, Havas Media London) as well as for multiple Czech banks (ČSOB/ERA, Komerční banka, mBank). Built a team of 12 developers, oversaw server infrastructure, created code standards and best practices. Heavily participated in business development efforts.
