Preparation of proposals in accordance with the Act. 137/2006 Coll. on public procurement – responsibility for preparation of requested qualification, responsibility for accuracy and completeness of proposals.

‐ Preparation of proposals in accordance with the Law 137/2006 Coll. on public procurement – responsibility for preparation of requested qualification, coordination of preparatory team, responsibility for accuracy and completeness of proposals, monitoring of published tenders (including developing of methodology).‐ Preparation of reports and statistics for company management – quarterly statistics of sold services, quarterly report of submitted proposals and evaluation of their success (including developing of methodology), reporting from an internal CRM database.‐ Work with external databases – creation of reports on a request by internal clients according their selected criteria, linking outputs from internal CRM database and external databases (including developing of methodology), internal trainer of external databases.‐ Project manager of Construction study – cooperation with external partners on a construction study of the Visegrad 4 countries. Coordination of all persons involved in the project (author of the study, design studio, translators…).‐ Administrative work – creation of presentations, references and CV management, coordinator of teambuilding activities.

Service for major clients – portfolio management of entrusted clients (Citibank, Státní tiskárna cenin…), personal and indirect dealing with clients and suppliers, individual solution of business cases, selection of suitable suppliers for orders processing, checking of completeness and rightness of delivered work, work with internal system, invoicing
