My Job Description- Manage the merchandise manufacturing process from start to finish, from mood board design, sampling, mass production, to quality control.- Create social media marketing strategies for products to be released, starting from the initial release to the products that have been released.- Create online promotions in collaboration with the marketplaces.- Searching for the right campaign that comes from e-commerce itself and monitoring its development.- Manage merchandise division including overall KPI program and weekly and monthly review activities.- Create weekly and monthly reports on merchandise division KPIs, merchandise sales, and campaign success.- Analyze sales figures, report growth, expansion, and changes in merchandise products.- Searching and developing programs to dealing for collaboration with brands.- Manage and source the best vendors from certain specialty segments in the merchandise/fashion space.- Negotiate with vendors or partners to increase or maintain margins.- Make a merchandise cost plan based on the results of research and design that has been determined.- Follow-up on products/projects that are being worked on together with vendors.- Ability to plan and manage inventory effectively.- Do market research on fashion trends.- In-depth understanding of procurement, purchasing and contract negotiation processes.- Manage production schedules in accordance with the specified time.- Managing booths at esports events/tournaments, such as designing booth designs, determining the right promotional campaigns, and budgeting plans.- Using ERP system.- Manage Merchandise Production for ECHO Esports team in Philippines.- Manage international marketplace (Shopee).- Create HPP, BOM and Raw Material for ECHO Esports team merchandise products.

My Job Description:- Have attention to detail- Understand the transaction system in Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.- Can operate Miscrosoft Word and Miscrosoft Excel.- Answer all questions and purchase transactions from customers via chat (Tokopedia, Shopee, Whatsapp business, Lazada, and TikTok).- Checking shipping rates (JNE, J&T, Grab/Gosend - Jabodetabek).- Report new orders to the product manager, then record new orders using Microsoft Excel.- Re-monitor customer data and ensure the address, cellphone number, size, and name for the jersey are correct.- Pack products that will be delivered to customers, ensuring that the packaging is neat, clean and the customer data on the packaging is easily readable.- Delivering goods to the intended courier (JNE, J&T, Grab/Gosend).- Save the receipt number.- Deliver the receipt number to the customer after the product is delivered.- Calculate the amount of stock available with the merchandise manager.
