I enjoy working on challenging projects bringing solutions to complex problems through connecting various expertise, technologies and people.Currently I am a territory assurance transformation leader driving the change of the audit delivery model towards automation, standardization and quality improvement in line with the global and regional strategy. I am glad for a chance to participate in and influence our future audits with the aim to improve the experiences of our people and clients.I have over 14 years of experience working at PwC and lead a wide portfolio of audit projects for our global and local clients. My main focus spreads across the Automotive and Transportation industry but also covers large Retail, Manufacturing and IT companies. Besides statutory audits of local and IFRS accounts, I support our clients through their diverse projects such as IFRS implementations, Consolidation solutions, FS compilations, Data migrations, Financial closing acceleration, etc. I spent 3 years on a secondment in the PwC UK during which I gained experience in the audits of the multinational listed companies including FTSE100. I am a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a licensed statutory auditor in the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. I am a graduate of the Silesian University - School of Business Administration with a Master degree in Economics completed in 2008. Outside of work, my passions are music, mountains and cooking with Italian cuisine being my favorite. I love hiking and skiing in the mountains with family and during summer days off spending time with friends by the campfire with my guitar.
