  As the General Manager, Lukas has a broad remit at GJS and is responsible for its marketing strategies, business development activities and overseeing daily business operations including human resources, customer experience and communications. With over 20 years' marketing, strategic communications and management experience Lukas collaborates across all department of GJS Group to help lead the business to maximum productivity and efficiency.Key to this role is developing processes, creating a highly motivational work environment by championing employees and ensuring that the GJS’ mission and in particular its values are imbued in everything the company does and each touchpoint its customers have to ensure GJS’ exceptional customer service standards are upheld.Lukas is also responsible for working to improve GJS’ market position and achieve financial growth.
