I redesigned the agency's website using Wix, CSS and JavaScript based on user feedback and web analytics

I planned and executed qualitative user research with eBay buyers and B2C/C2C sellers in the US and Germany. Further, I partnered with decision makers in UX, Product, Business Unit, Marketing, and Engineering to inform the product roadmap for payments, protections, and trust initiatives.Key achievements include:• Influenced product strategy aimed at saving 15% of lost revenue from Best Offers through usability tests, an org-wide newsletter article, and ideation workshops with PMs, Designers, UX Writers, and Engineers• Informed buyer vetting program estimated to grow sales by 6% year-over-year by identifying barriers to selling high-value items ($10K+) through interviews• Initiated closing 10 trust gaps in the current buyer journey through an expert review, a prioritization workshop, and socialization with cross-functional stakeholders

• Envisioned new feature to increase engagement and build community using NFTs based on generative and evaluative research as part of YouTube’s Web3 plans• Established collaboration with 3 YouTube researchers & designers and 2 students and spearheaded interviews, a survey, a focus group, and usability tests
