He focuses on improving organizational experiences and creating learning experiences.Lukas, as Idea & Innovation Manager at DUMBO, is involved in UX design, design thinking, and user research. The most rewarding aspect of Lukas' job is facilitating workshops for ideation and decision-making. He contributes to the continued development of DUMBO's services in the areas of product innovation, product experience, and product vision through his involvement in this role. He has spent the last two years working with a DUMBO client to improve the customer experience of their fiber optic product, touchpoint by touchpoint. He is currently most involved in the development of the DUMBO Academy.Prior to joining the DUMBO team, he worked as a training consultant at BZ Education Centre from 2016 to 2017. He was the founder, shareholder, and creativity trainer of Kreativpromenade before that, as well as a self-employed teamer and company pedagogue. Lukas Rütten holds a Bachelor's degree in Further Education, Knowledge Psychology, and Political Science, as well as a Master's degree in Educational Management, Knowledge Management, and Political Science, from RWTH Aachen University.
