For ultra-scaled CMOS in the newest technology nodes several parameters require complex and time-consuming measurements (e.g. noise and gate resistance). To facilitate the recording of high volume statistics and therefore gain understanding in the co-optimization of analog and digital devices, on-chip characterization circuits are developed.

Working Student in MOSFET Test Engineering:- Characterization of MOSFETs. Testing, evaluation and visualization of test results.- Development of Testing Setups. Improvements of Testing Hardware and Software.

Intern in the Development Department Diesel Systems, focusing on Diesel piezo actors:- Support of the development and testing of new actors.- Investigations about the relation of product function and fabrication process.- Testing and characterization of piezoactors. Evaluation and visualisation of test results.

Working Student position in the Environment, Health and Safety Department:- Create databases with radiation protection measurements and official correspondence with the public authorities.- Create Employment Protection presentations regarding radioactive and non-ionizing radiation.
