Process Quality Engineer & Project Quality Leader - member of the Czech-German-French project team responsible for the transfer of production of Linde forklifts (BR1173 product line) from France to the Czech Republic.• Cooperation with departments of Industrialization and R&D in setting up the control processes of the newly built production line.• Creation and revision of Quality Standards and Control Plans for each workplace of the production line within the MES system.• Development of a testing sequences for functional tests of the product within the computer-controlled test tower and test track (inspection & function checks of hydraulic systems, electronic systems and sensors function, inspections & dynamic tests of powertrain and control systems).• Definition and creation of a Control Plan as well as complete procedure for conducting the Final Quality Inspection, including subsequent training and supervision of the Final Inspection staff.• Cooperation with French colleagues from the quality department in the transfer and inspiration with their know-how and experience from the original production in France, analysis of their current internal production discrepancies and customer complaints and subsequent application of these information to the new process in a modern ( Industry 4.0 ) assembly line in the Czech Republic.

Processing customer complaints, analysis and investigation of root causes, implementation of corrective actions, reporting the cost of complaints. Supplier nonconformance management, nonconformity analysis, preparation of reports on nonconforming deliveries, communication with suppliers (Belgium, the Netherlands, Hungary, the Czech Republic). Management of Internal discrepancies, investigation of causes and implementation of corrective actions for production NCs.

Production of Airbus A320 / A320NEO aircraft interior modules. Final inspection of the product before shipping to customers. Compliance with production documentation - complete inspection of the module, whether it corresponds to production drawings, SPS. Inspection of installation electrical systems, inspection control panel, inspection of ground points, water distribution systems, fresh air supply, inspection of the correctness of the interface of points of all these systems for connection and installation of the module in the aircraft. Inspection of modules according to the cosmetic standard, quality control Sealing and sealing of all joints according to Airbus and FDA standards. Checking the correctness of filling in all production documents, IPIL and ATR, checking compliance with DDP and Airbus CTS, checking the correctness of EASA Form 1. Elaboration of approx. 3-5-page inspection report, communication with the production and development department in matters of feedback and elimination of nonconformities.
