Zamiloval jsem si sport, jakožto přirozenou součást života. Mám široké spektrum znalostí otestovaných na sobě v tréninku i závodech. Rozšířil jsem si obzory od profesionálů v oboru jako Mgr. Viktor Zapletal, Ing. Marek Mixa, MUDr. Jiří Dostál, Matěj Charvát, Jiří Ježek, Milan Spěšný, Marian Jelínek, Jaroslav Kulhavý a další ikony české cyklistické a sportovní scény, se kterými jsem měl čest spolupracovat.Absolvoval jsem cyklistickou univerzitu a vlastním licenci trenéra rychlostní cyklistiky II. třídy. Působil jsem na pozici kapitána závodního týmu Kilpi Racing Team. V rámci mé běžecké praxe zastupuji značku Salomon a vzdělávám veřejnost, pořádám přednášky, tréninky a kempy. Spolupracuji s institucemi na zdravou výživu a dobrovolně se podílím na výzkumech nebo programech v oblasti dynamiky pohybu.Zaměřuji se primárně na cyklistiku, přičemž komplexně řeším celou problematiku životního stylu s přesahem do výživy, fitness, regenerace, kompenzace, techniky a mentálního nastavení.
