I am co-responsible for the communication-marketing agency Shoot My Food Communication. We are working on behalf of international food suppliers to create content-focussed tools; books, magazines, videos and other various marketing materials, with the objective to inspire restaurant and catering professionals. With our team of fantastic graphic designers and projectmanagers we serve food brands with taste: we organize great events, publish fantastic branded books and online branded magazines and perform impactful activations in the foodservice industry. As part of the Google Food Lab I am visiting Silicon Valley twice a year together with Arjan de Boer and Hans Steenbergen to attend this exclusive food summit, where industry leaders think and talk about the future of food. Besides attending, we are also working on some of the ongoing projects in the Google Food Lab.

Being with Shoot My Food as the first FTE employee, I have seen our team grew to over 20 fulltime colleagues over the years. With Shoot My Food we serve foodservice professionals inspiring trends and inspiration; books, magazines, tours and presentations. I have attended and organized dozens of Food Trendtours in international food capitals and still every year I have the great privilege to travel around the world, in search for exciting stories and food inspiration.

I am part of the fantastic team that creates the Food Inspiration Magazine and Food Inspiration Days. In the past I was responsible for advertisements, co-creating the magazines, websites, apps; now and in the future I will remain responsible for editing and producing movies during our international trips.

For the dutch foodservice brand Honig Professional I started together with Martin Egging and the " Gilde van Nederlandse Meesterkoks" a series of Jamsessions for chefs. I was responsible for budgets, communication and organizing the events. After my traineeship was completed the sessions continued with multiple famous star chefs, such as Cees Helder and Pascal Jalhai.
