From August until now, I am mainly responsible for the 3W Group in Guangzhou and Shenzhen areas’ enrollment and marketing customers maintenance. During this work, I worked hard to open up the markets of Huizhou and Jiangmen for 3W through my own efforts without any support from my boss so that 3W became the first company in the real sense to drive into the local macketing. At the same time， the Shenzhen market with my deep plowing has also slowly improved.I had also develop a number of companies which did reject to my other colleagues for cooperation. So I accumulated a lot of experience in the first-line market.

I joined EIC Beijing European Department of education consultant on September 16. As a new job site, through my own learning and hard work, a month after the trial in October I passed the positive assessment in advance. In a short work period of 9 months, I grew fast from a newcomer to a senior P3 consultant, I also completed the first place in the comprehensive appraisal of North China in January-May of 2017. Due to my excellent eloquence and interpersonal skills, I have been recommended by department leaders to host the 2017 Annual Meeting of EIC. In May 2017, I took part in the first All-star Tournament and won the blue ribbon of Diamond Consultant. After that，I gained the qualification of the Gold internal trainer through continuous learning to provide training courses for employees who had been in the job for three to six months which gave me a diversified developing direction.
