In AddAI, we are building omnichannel virtual assistants on best-in-class NLP solutions (mainly IBM Watson), which could easily compete with Siri, Google Assistant, Alexa, or Cortana. Our assistants automate conversations for leading banks, telco providers, and other companies.We have developed our own SDKs for mobile apps which can be easily integrated into any app and boost it with an AI-powered virtual assistant. Czech Slackline Association is a non-profit organization founded in 2011, which makes it the oldest slackline federation in the world. Its aim is to support and develop slackline in the Czech Republic.Under my leadership, it became, in 2020, a member of the International Slackline Association, and almost doubled its membership base, reaching an all-time high. We successfully attracted new members by organizing various events, meetings, and workshops for the community and did our best to give back to the members the trust they gave to us.Currently, we continue in negotiations with Natural protection offices and other bodies to make practising slackline/highline official in protected areas and to further support our members.

I have worked as the right hand of our Head of Retail, preparing strategic documents and/or presentations. I was either in charge or part of internal projects and audits. And I have carried out the regular retail bank agenda. As I participated in weekly retail bank management meetings, I have learned a lot about the bank, its processes, customer journeys, CX, and innovations.

As business management support, I was responsible for the creation of a strategic presentation document, which was then used for internal as well as external purposes. I have done a lot of analysis, I have been part of many retail bank and wholesale bank projects and experienced the bank transition from a waterfall to an agile organization.

My travel around the world in 2015 changed my perspective and in 2016 I got a foolish idea - what if I set up a travel agency to offer trips to the Philippines?What first sounded unreal, matured in Feb-2017 when I found a suitable co-investor and colleague to make this dream come true.At first, all started well, we got the travel agency license, set up the obligatory insurance, got a local guide, and worked hard to start selling first trips. However, it did not go so smoothly and after one year we have decided to pull the trigger.After that, I have paid out my co-investor and took over the company.Currently, the travel agency license is put on hold due to other priorities, but one day it could resume its mission: To help people to discover the paradise on earth - El Nido, Palawan!
