My primary role at Stoltz was as a creative producer. In short, I did everything possible to ensure the smooth operation of all things photo/video related. The long list includes photo/video concepting, talent sourcing, location scouting, building shotlists, ensuring the continued education of the in-house production team, and working with clients and internal teams to carry out objective-based productions in an efficient and successful manner. When I wasn’t on set or preparing for an upcoming production, I filled in as a graphic designer. Design jobs ranged from social posts and motion graphics to logo design, web design, print layouts and out-of-home advertising.

The Luminary is a state-of-the-art digital arts research center capable of displaying high resolution images of art works and geological sights around the world. I’ve acted primarily as a curator, securing and cataloging digital assets for the space. Work in this role was varied and exciting. Some examples include: copyright law research; providing visitor services such as docent tours; cross-team collaboration with Boise State’s GIMM (Gaming Interactive Media and Mobile) program, K-12 Art Education team, and Boise State faculty.

I worked for HP on a high profile government contract. I was tasked with training new and existing employees for proficiency in network security, soft skills, technical troubleshooting, and military protocol. Additionally, I worked with various teams in project management roles to improve workplace documentation and procedures.Specific tasks included conducting workplace instruction both to local offices and on travel; creating learning curriculum and maintaining a training program in an ever-changing environment; creating visual curriculum for continual education initiatives; studying and certifying in CompTIA Security+, and ITIL (IT Information Library) Foundations; maintaining multiple federal security clearances which allowed me to work in various capacities with the United States Navy and Marine Corps.
