I joined Makro as a trainee in the business intelligence team. After 7 months, I moved into a part-time junior BI analyst role within the team. I managed regular reports for internal customers and also took care of ad-hoc requests. I worked with SQL, Excel (including VBA) and occasionally with simple Python scripts.

Within the café I managed a team of 8 baristas, sourcing, social media and event organisation. Unfortunately the café closed during the second wave of Covid, but I was left with a lot of experience and a love for coffee.

When I was 18 years old, my friend and I started an escape game business together. After half a year my friend left the project and I decided to continue on my own. I was a game master, web and social media admin and I took care for administrative and accounting responsibilities as well. I decided to end the project in 2020 to focus more on school and to fully relocate to Prague. However, the experience I took away is invaluable even to this day.
