- Contribute to delivery of the margin and volume goals, as per the annual plan- Make judgments and evaluate results of Pricing Trials in CEE and make recommendations to scale up and roll out;- Support Pricing Implementers in the evaluation of pricing initiatives/tests;- Ownership of Demand Forecast for CEE markets, in close cooperation with sales teams and T&S (trading & supply)- Responsible for long term planning and latest estimate processes for sales volume and gross margin in CEE.- Acting as Pricing Manager for 100+ sites in CEE with ownership of pricing strategy set-up and supporting DO network growth- Cooperate with external companies to deliver cross promo actions

- Execution of pricing strategies for shell to deliver margin and volume plans- planning pro-active activities, tactical pricing, supporting delivery of a financial plan- analysis of current business problems, results of the entire network and individual sites, market and competitive environment- regular communication with the Sales Director, presentation of current and forecasted results and recommendations- cooperation with other departments of the company (retail, b2b, marketing, trading & supply)

- Monitoring of business plans execution by the petrol stations- Analytical support for the sales and operations departments.

- preparing monthly performance reporting, analysis, expense accruals- facilitating the delivery of budgets and quarterly forecasts (EMEA and global)
