Full scale projects management in which responsible among others:- Management of the site activities of individual projects and coordinating the progress with variousstakeholders including QA officers, contractors, local authorities, Utility providers, landowners and other related agencies.- Following the Construction works programme and Master schedule, planning and managing dailyactivities as per work breakdown structure- Proactively monitoring all construction progress, sighting construction issues and initiating appropriate measures for resolving them- Ensuring that construction is in accordance with construction documentation and within time, scope and budget- Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within individual projects.- Preparing all required documentation for approval of project completion and handover of completed project.- Preparing project closure reports highlighting the milestones and impact of delays andvariations on the total cost of project. - Performing all other tasks required to properly finish the projects- Performing other duties assigned by the CEO's
