• Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases. • Scanning / verifying candidates ID documentation to ensure compliance, including non-Citizens. • Chasing up missing documentation required including :, proof of address, passport, bank details.• Post job advertisements on internet job boards. • Screening and transferring all incoming calls to relevant departments, taking accurate messages. • Formatting a high volume of CV's to tight deadlines adhering to company policies. • Assist in the provision of statistical/management/financial information/reports etc. as required. • Provide general admin support to the Recruitment Managers, Consultants and the Managing Directors as required.
