Shipbuilding Completion Oy specializes in interior turnkey projects for cruise ships and passenger ferries.

Designing and selling kitchens & interior improvements (kitchens, sliding doors, Clipso ceilings). Garden design. Interior photography & event photography. Installation work included.

Training period at interior design office. Preparing 2D & 3D drawings (using mainly SketchUp & LayOut software) for clients and preparing offers for interior features and improvements.

My responsibilities: helping with preparing building site for work. Purchasing materials and delivering them to site. Client and vendor meetings. Preparing drawings for pricing and project execution (AutoCad).

Responsibilities included carrying out a significant number of new build and conversion projects. Various Central London, listed building conversions as well as commercial conversion projects in Glasgow and Edinburgh.My role was to develop projects from feasibility stage to planning and warrant stage. Projects included: various hotel schemes, restaurants, offices and listed building conversions.My duties included producing high quality drawings using AutoCAD and also monitoring quality assurance and the meeting of deadlines throughout lifetime of project.I was also preparing graphic presentations for above projects using various graphic software.

Working within multi-disciplinary international building design and construction management team. The team could guarantee a rewarding portfolio of work by its nature simply could not be found anywhere else, including:community projects, residential & daycare, as well as officeaccommodation schemes.My role was essentially to develop design briefs from early conceptual stages through to ensuring that the most appropriate materials are specified and the building will meet current building regulations and other legal requirements as well as being generally “fit for purpose”.Within the team I was allowed to take as much responsibility as I could cope with in order to aid both my professional and personal development. I had to have experience to work on my own initiative and effectively within a small team, and totake responsibility for preparation of detailed schemes within a limited amount of time.My duties included producing high quality 2D & 3D design, working drawings and animations using Microstation (CAD) and also monitoring quality assurance and themeeting of deadlines throughout lifetime of project.I had also managed our office CAD (Microstation) & IT system assuring the network and all of the applications were running without any disruptions to service.
