European Manufacturing Project Manager
Current- Development and implementation of DX in Manufacturing strategic projects across NSK Europe, ensuring that they meet the business objectives,- Analyzing and benchmarking of manufacturing plants’ ICT systems and machine technology, to identify opportunities for improvement and create a business case for the proposed activities (Current Situation, Proposed Solution, Benefits / Results, Costs / Resources, Constraints, Milestones and Risks),- Reviewing proposed business cases affecting the manufacturing plants’ ICT systems and machine technology, to confirm that all manufacturing and business issues are valid and support the Company’s overall business objectives,- Managing projects affecting the manufacturing plants, using the European Project Management Process, to ensure that the project objectives are achieved,- Utilising management skills and knowledge to create an effective Project Team, using people’s strengths, addressing people’s improvement areas and creating team spirt,- Participation in the creation of DX and new technology strategies for the European plants.
