• managing translators/vendors – recruitment process, negotiating contracts details and rates,training, onboarding, monitoring resources quality,• taking care of invoicing process of almost 2000 translators/vendors,• analyzing trends to hire the best translators in specific language combinations andspecializations,• tracking costs of production, implementing cost-cutting solutions,

• managing work of 30 Language Coordinators – solving problems, managing the calendar of holidays and arranging backups, recruiting new employees,• overseeing production process - supervising daily orders, issuing POs (Purchase Orders) for translators/vendors, invoicing, monitoring workmaterials flow and deliverables creation,• managing translators/vendors – recruitment process, negotiating contracts details and rates, training, onboarding, monitoring resources quality,• preparing reports and analysis,• tracking production costs, implementing cost-cutting solutions, • onboarding and quoting new projects for SDI top Clients such as Disney, Netflix or Discovery.

• scheduling Scandinavian dubbing translations (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) for such Clients as: Fox International, Nickelodeon, Disney, Warner Bros, Sony, Turner, • coordinating work of a group of around 80 translators – sending job orders, setting deadlines, checking materials availability,• acting as a main liaison between translators and SDI, problem solving,• cooperation with client managers and taking care of materials delivery in order to ensure the timely delivery and best quality of the product.

• developing the long range and monthly iTVN’s schedules (programming system – WhatsOn),• taking active part in creation of channel strategy as well as in selection and evaluation of the content to be acquired, • supervising aired material especially during live broadcasts, • supervising selected TVN programs such as ‘You can dance - po prostu tańcz’, ‘Mam talent!’, ‘Na Wspólnej’, ‘Rozmowy w toku’ and ‘Sędzia Anna Maria Wesołowska, • acting as main liaison with Traffic and other departments in order to ensure programming information is complete and up to date for daily logs,• maintaining content inventory and monitoring program usage, • participating in production and editing of TV fillers aired on iTVN,• editing programs for ITVN purposes, • preparing reports for KRRiT (The National Broadcasting Council).
