I am an IT Manager with over 10 years of experience. Currently, I serve as an Agile Leader, leading a team of nearly 20 individuals across six IT products and managing stakeholders relations within the digital health sector in the U.S. market.In my role, I adhere to global standards and best practices such as Management 3.0, Agile methodologies, IREB, Six Sigma, Getting Things Done, Lean Management, ITIL, PRINCE2, and PMBOK.As a leader, my primary focus is on building trustful relationships with stakeholders of products and projects within my portfolio and with my internal team. This foundation enables me to set a clear vision, provide necessary resources, and optimize work processes and methods, ultimately leading to the achievement of company goals and targets.I have acquired my expertise through various roles, including Agile Leader in global software house, Head of Requirements Engineering and UX/UI department in a global IT delivery hub, as well as through involvement in domestic and international projects spanning logistics, public, and IT sectors.
