• Applying corporate HR policy in Poland & Romania, • Supporting diverse functions from 2 business lines - production facilities in Poland (700+ FTE) & Romania (220 FTE), commercial teams for Bedding Business Line and Insulation Business Line, as well as Shared Service Center created in Lodz (F&A IT, RPA, 60 FTE)• Developing local HR strategies in 2 countries• Budgeting, responsibility for all personnel related costs - labour, benefits, car fleet, trainings etc.• Organizational Development & Right Sizing• Employee Relations: Maintain good working relationship with the employees and trade unions• Supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives, Active Supervision and KAIZEN in the plants• Responsibility for Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits,• Developing local and implementing corporate Employer Branding strategy• Responsible for local policies for benefits, cars, mobile tools and travels, homeworking, ... • Talent Development and High Potentials management. Trainings & development. • Managing HR and Personnel Administration & Payroll teams in 2 countries.

• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants for senior specialist and managerial/director roles.• Plan and allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between company needs and personnel.• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.• Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.• Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as rewarding, equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.• Design and implement proper incentive programs, mainly for commercial, marketing and sales organization• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.• Serve as a link between company management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.• Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and attrition rates.• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.• Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.• Prepare, monitor and follow budgets for personnel operations.
