Managing polish part of Enterprise Application Europe unit, being responsible for delivery of PeopleSoft Remote Support services (Application Management Support; nearshore location) to big European companies (retail, insurance): - managing team of over 25 FTEs, participation in recruitment and building HR policies (from delivery perspective), - overall responsibility for P&L of his department- cooperation with shared service center - monitoring IT projects and transitions for new customers/services - service quality assurance (SLA/OLA, governance meetings, escalations) and maintaining tactical relation with internal and external stakeholders. - participating in contract preparation/negotiation (RfP, RfQ, MSA, Statements of Work, pricing, BCP, …) - expert / advisory role in building customers’ support organizations; establishing and managing E2E multilayer application support process in offshore (“nearshore”) location. - member of unit Management Team in The Netherlands, actively involved in post-acquisition integration, focus on Delivery and Quality (Lean and Six Sigma) streams.
