I am a Swiss attorney-at-law with 18+ years of experience in avising Swiss and international clients in investment and commercial transactions. I advise my clients on foreign direct investments, joint ventures, internationalization of products and services, trade, sales and purchase, distribution, manufacturing, procurement, and license agreements; assisting them in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements of all kinds. Since 2016, I have successfully managed the VISCHER China Desk, which offers tailor-made solutions for Swiss companies operating in China and Chinese companies wishing to expand their presence in Switzerland and Europe. Prior to that, I worked for nine years for an international law firm and led China-related mandates. I lived in Shanghai from 2006 to 2011 and am fluent in Chinese.I have worked with clients from various industries including high-tech, medtech, pharma, consumer goods and food products.In addition to my legal practice, I am a board member of the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SCCC). In this function, I am responsible for the legal chapter and SMEs.I studied law at the University of Zurich and was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2003. In 2007, I completed my LL.M. studies in international business law at the National University of Singapore and the East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai.
