This comprised harmonising employee’s cultural differences and dealing with local labour laws.Now my HR team handles the entire recruitment process, the necessary administration, liaison with the external payroll company, the preparation and control of payroll accounting, and we place great emphasis on employer branding activity and a system of programs that strengthen teams' commitment and motivation.
