I am the chief officer of the Information Technology department in our company. I am responsible for two different teams. The first team is in charge of field data collection and surveying. We collect data through ground-based surveying as well as air surveying using drones equipped with RGB cameras and LiDAR. We also process the collected data and produce a wide range of high-quality 3D models. The second team is responsible for mapping and processing geospatial data for all types of infrastructure and facilities, creating high-quality maps and reports for different stakeholders in the public and private sectors. My role is also to act as a mentor to all the team members and train them in software skills as well as to help in their overall development in the company.As a licensed designer I am as well in charge of project management and design of water and soil protection-related objects and works. All the designs that we create in our company are in accordance with BIM standards.

I have designed flash flood riverbeds of several small torrential rivers, from the initial outline to a full-detailed design, terrain 3D modeling, hydraulic calculations, and 1D hydraulic modeling, designing the riverbeds, calculation of bill of quantities and estimation of works for the proposed design solution and technology (all done following the BIM standards).During this time I managed a team of two professionals while working on different projects and studies. I have mentored new employees and trained them on GIS, data collecting and data processing (using ArcMap, ArcPro, and Civil3D), writing reports, internal and external communications

In this role I carried out bio-design on a project for landfill reclamation along a riverbank including the selection of tree species, shrubs, and grass mixtures, and the selection of appropriate planting, sowing, and maintenance technologies; worked jointly in a team of ten engineers, covering different aspects of the project I assisted senior engineers in hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, modeling, and floodplain mapping.In collaboration with 3 other engineers, I designed a methodology to assess the current state of the sewage system in Serbia. This team also improved the existing methodology for assessing the current state of water supply systems in Serbia.I have made over 20 assessment studies of the current state of water supply and sewerage systems in Serbia, 12 of them independently. As well as geospatial databases for these systems.

I assisted engineers in more than ten studies assessing the current state of water supply as the GIS expert on the project, including extensive fieldwork for data collection. I integrated and manipulated geographic data from a variety of sources (public domain, satellite imagery, aerial photographs, and existing maps). I performed spatial data analysis using GIS technology (e.g., buffering, spatial overlays, distance calculations, joining and relating etc) I have produced hundreds of detailed, high-quality cartographic products (digital and hardcopy) and accompanying reports per technical guidelines and client needs (local municipalities, governmental institutions and private investors) I also assisted senior engineers in data preparation for hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, modeling, and floodplain mapping on several projects. Created tens of digital terrain models from different data types: LAS files, bathymetry points, terrestrial survey points, 3D faces etc. (using the CIVIL3D program)
