Technology is my passion. I enjoy sharing this passion with teammates and end users, while making a positive impact on the people with whom I work.My IT career has grown in nearly 15 years in two countries, two languages, non-profit and corporate sector, legal, macOS support and design, Windows support and design, networking, along with a myriad of SaaS applications.Some of my notable achievements include redesigning the server infrastructure and data flow at a small non-profit production studio in Madrid, Spain, as well as redeveloping a streamlined call flow for a Fortune 500 digital agriculture call center. Most recently, I was the project manager and lead designer for the new IT ticketing tool at an international law firm. I am currently sitting on the board of a non-profit that helps build and find resources for churches in underdeveloped countries, like Cuba and the Dominican Republic.
