My role as the marketing and advertising manager consists of creating and sending off invoices to our clients, checking our advertising email daily for new orders as well as checking for any questions from clients, managing our website's advertisements, processing advertising orders from clients, formatting advertisements into parameters that fit our website, and creating ads for clients when requested by them.

As a mail courier, I collect incoming mail from the post office, grab packages for students and faculty that come into pick up their mail, and also make deliveries to multiple buildings on campus to make sure offices around campus receive their mail when needed.

As an intern with Ecolab, I spent my summer learning new sales and business strategies from training days, online and in person lessons, and from my fellow sales associates. I then took those strategies and applied them in the field. In the field, I achieved over 5,000 dollars in sales for Ecolab, and I also ended the summer by giving a successful and well received group presentations about our sales strategies when it came to growing one of our corporate accounts in front of upper management.

My role as the shop manager consisted of delivering materials to the foreman on job sites, tracking and organizing excess inventory, making service calls when needed, accompanying our engineers on job walks, and taking care of our fleet of trucks making sure that all were in working order and ready when needed.

As an intern for RippleMatch, I helped the students around my campus learn more about RippleMatch's software and sign up for the service. During this time I was able to utilize the activities and jobs that I was involved in around campus to help promote RippleMatch to more students and faculty.

During the summer, I was introduced to B2C sales as a sales associate for Vans. During my shifts, I was able to maintain positive numbers that won me awards such as top sales earner and others during my time at Vans. The numbers that were tracked included Units per Transaction, Dollars per Transaction, as well as a surveys that would rate my customer service skills.

I worked at the Vasona lake boat docks as a cashier and boat dock attendant. My days would either consist of helping customers board and exit the vessels they rented and helping customers with the purchases and reservations of boats up at the front desk.

I worked here during the summer in high school, I started as an unpaid junior counselor position my first year and worked my way up to a senior counselor role during my last two years. As a senior counselor I started and ran my own activities with the kids during each period, where I would oversee on average about 40 plus kids during an activity and manage about two junior counselors as well.
