Assurgo is an M&A advisory firm providing acquisition and divestiture services to mid-sized Canadian businesses.

At the Bank of Canada, I met with business executives to gather their views to inform policy. I also conducted research on topics such as inflation expectations, immigration, and housing.

Soronko Academy is the first coding and human-centered design school in West Africa. I supported Soronko’s Women in Digital Skills program, which trains women in website design, digital marketing, graphic design, G Suite tools, and soft skills. My responsibilities included delivering lessons and writing reports. I also taught HTML + CSS to children on weekends and developed a human-centered design curriculum.

L’Institut du Québec is a non-partisan economic think tank created by a joint venture between the Conference Board of Canada and HEC Montréal. I performed research on worker shortages in Quebec and studied labour market reforms in other countries to propose policy solutions. I also completed an economic outlook review, including an analysis of global trade, employment and investment projections.

I managed departmental and faculty elections in a team of three. My responsibilities were split between enforcing election bylaws and resolving infractions, and digitally administering the ballots of over 7,000 electors. I also chaired two candidate debates.
