I completed my undergraduate coursework at UC Santa Barbara, where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. I am interested in learning more about the dynamics of political behavior and participation, and how they are influenced by social media and communication. As a research assistant, I contributed to a project on selective exposure and its impact on feelings of political efficacy, using quantitative and qualitative methods. Additionally, I gained valuable campaign experience as an intern for Josh Becker for State Senate, where I worked on outreach and mobilization strategies for the 2020 and 2021 elections. I am passionate about making a positive difference in my community and society, and I seek to join an organization that shares my values and goals.As a food service employee at Lorenzo's Sandwich Shop, I deliver quality food and service to customers, while developing strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. I have been working at Lorenzo's for over two years, during summer vacations and other school breaks, and I enjoy the fast-paced and collaborative environment.
