Luke is an ambitious, forward thinking and dedicated surveyor with a keen eye for detail who promotes collaborative working relationships ensuring key client and project objectives are achieved.Luke is responsible for the successful commercial delivery of major projects across the UK for multiple clients and has resilient experience of concurrently managing projects in the combined value of over £375,000,000 at any one time. Luke has experience in all areas of pre & post-contract quantity surveying, employer’s agent and contract management duties. He has worked on numerous projects ranging from £100k to £150m across various sectors, with experience of master planning and cost planning of projects in excess of £250m. This cross-sector experience allows Luke to adapt quickly to projects for all clients. Luke’s ownership, pride and passion allows him to directly engage with key stakeholders to advise and drive the successful delivery of projects across feasibility to completion with his team of surveyors.In less than 10 years Luke has had experience delivering 6,000,000 sqft of industrial and logistics space with a combined construction cost of £500m, notwithstanding other £300m of experience across commercial, retail, leisure, mixed use, cinemas, housing and healthcare.
