- Managing Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Cloud Server, SharePoint Development including but not limited to on-prem AD replication to Azure, user licensing and management, troubleshooting, email flow, creating new processes for work flow within the environment, cloud file storage management, ensuring current industry standards for security to cloud platforms are in-place and upheld.- Email Security Gateway and Email Archiving Management using cloud systems with focus on Barracuda Products.- Advising in Phish Campaigns to increase cyber security and best email practices for users within the company.- Electronic Dental Record and Dental Radiology Systems Administration, specifically with Dentrix Enterprise and Dexis.- SQL Database Administrator for EDR.- Managing, Upgrading and Troubleshooting bare-metal and virtual servers.- Work with other IT Administrators to create strategies to improve security measures, work processes and develop policy relating to information technology.- Assist users via Email, Phone or in-person on issues relating to technology within and outside the specifications of my standard job functions.

- Respond to client requests via phone, email and CRM- Assists in managing hundreds of clients across a variety of service agreement levels- Install, maintain and service client computers, servers, firewalls, routers and switches- Setup security based services including but not limited to Office365 accounts, phish protection, MFA(2FA), threat assessments, etc- Stay current on evolving security, network and other tech related services and hardware- Support several backup methods via Datto, Solarwinds and client purchased systems

- Respond to requests via phone, email, and ticketing system- Maintain user hardware in a way that is efficient and safety focused- Install and maintain applications in a multitude of different departments- Manage system accounts across various Electronic Health Record systems- Install and diagnose issues with proprietary software for multiple healthcare related technologies- Perform daily and weekly rounding of equipment and user relations for in-building and remote sites

- Assist customers with questions pertaining to technology purchases- Assess and diagnose computer related issues for customers- Process work orders such as, but not limited to, Windows upgrades, installations both hardware and software, virus removal, user data migration, storage recovery- Stock management for equipment related to technology purchasable in store- Loss prevention

- Troubleshooting home and business network connections including modems, SOHO networking equipment and Windows operating systems using in-house speed tests and emulated router firmware- Staging and Configuring modems for deployment - Troubleshooting email client issues- Scheduling on-site technicians for Layer 1 network issues- Tracking work using a ticketing system built into our CRM
