Developed an app to help those jump-start a healthy lifestyle through meal prep. This app allows one to start integrating simple-to-follow steps in their everyday lives in order to meet their body composition goals.

• Developed and implemented a comprehensive program that tracked and analyzed key partner performance. Program automated process that previously took 2-3 man-hours per week.• Assisted in the planning and commencement of implementing a cost-savings project with key partners. Automated program assisted with providing insights for this cost savings project that is estimated to save $1.7 M annually in material costs.

Served as part of the staff in charge of operating a power plant specialized in training prospective nuclear operators to man the fleet. Staff Training Officer (March 2016 – March 2017)• Supervised a team of 7 senior members in administering a training program for 400 instructors; led weekly interactive training sessions with up to 100 instructors.Shift Engineer (October 2014 – February 2016)• Led team of 50 instructors in operating a nuclear plant and managing the qualification of prospective operators.

Served aboard a nuclear powered submarine; leading engineering focused divisions during multiple availabilities, a dry-docking period, and four missions vital to national security.Quality Assurance Officer & Deputy Weapons Officer (May 2013 – September 2014)• Led quality assurance program during a major maintenance availability and multiple shipboard inspections.• Managed a team of 40 in maintenance, repairs, and operations on ship’s weapon systems.Damage Control/Auxiliary Systems Officer (July 2011 – April 2013)• Managed a team of 10 in maintenance, repairs, and operations on ship’s auxiliary equipment.• Collateral responsibility of leading a committee in planning of ship’s events and managing a store.
