-Analyzed strain gage data to get it into an understandable form so the strength of the structure could be determined. -Created reports of the results of strain gage testing. -Conducted lubrication manual site visits for moveable bridges and created manuals for NJDOT so that the movable bridges in NJ could be maintained and kept in safe working order. -Preformed an analysis on counterweight cables to find the tension in the cables to determine if the current state of the bridge needed to be replaced. -Helped to design a limit switch mount in AutoCAD for a swing bridge to detect when the rails would be lifted up so that the bridge could operate safely. -Checked calculations for numerous jobs to ensure that no errors were made and that the results were correct in determining the sizing needed for the different moveable bridge mechanisms. -Did Prep for accelerometer and strain gaging to Commodore Barry Bridge so that testing could be performed to determine the amount of rehab needed on the bridge.

• Team Leader of the Mechanized Percussion Well Drilling Project from Dec 2015 to May 2016. • Site team trip and internship to Burkina Faso the summer of 2014 to implement new drilling equipment. • Worked alongside well drillers in Burkina Faso to develop more efficient hand well drilling equipment and on the installation of pumps for small community gardens. • Gained project management skills by using sprint/scrum project planning and working alongside 10 project members.• Tested drill bits with an accelerometer to measure the efficiency of drill bits in different drilling scenarios. • Revised and updated project documentation

• Worked with local missionaries and a local well drilling team to help implement new hand well drilling equipment. • Helped drill wells while collecting data to verify that the new drill bits and mechanized system worked efficiently • Gained insights into the process of well drilling in regards to equipment, the process, etc.
