I work across 3 schools within the Hartismere Trust providing IT support, this includes server setup and maintenance, network maintenance and tracing, providing quotes and organising work including liaising with workman when installing new hardware. Across East Anglia

I have been working as a guitarist in local bands, as part of ‘The Miles Away Club’ I have been helping write original material and also have played once a month down a local community hall gathering over 100 people every gig. We also recently played Brickfest, a festival held at the Brickmakers and also played Oxjam at The Brickmakers. As part of ‘The Revolves’ I have been playing at least once a week for two years across venues around Great Yarmouth, sometimes doing up to four gigs a week. In 'The Citizens', I did between 50 or 60 gigs before we disbanded in December 2009, as ‘Harlequin’ we did a gig for our old high school and also a few pub gigs before disbanding in July 2010.

Working three days a week, I have responsibility for opening and closing the building on Sundays, liaising with delivery drivers and helping move food boxes onto their van. I also clean the kitchen, prepare food, pack food into the boxes, seal the boxes, and deal with any waste foods.

I work with children of different ages providing band clubs, music technology clubs, and other associated workshops. Some of the areas we have covered include music performance (instrumental skills, working as a band), songwriting (including lyric writing, chord progressions, and melody writing), rehearsal skills (keeping records to inform future practicing)

I have been teaching groups of 4 pupils aged between 11 and 13 years old (Years 7 and 8), at Pakefield Academy, each group starts at the beginning of a term and lasts for a term one hour a week, I have covered topics such as holding a plectrum, reading tab, playing simple melodies, reading chord boxes, strumming chords, rhythm studies, constructing a chord (major, minor, dominant 7th), constructing an arpeggio, playing simple scales, constructing new scales using previous patterns, learning 12 bar blues pattern, parts of the guitar, the names of strings on the guitar. I am also hoping to cover with them the ways of using arpeggios, pentatonic scales, and root notes over the 12 bar blues pattern, encouraging basic improvisation.

I have been working with ATOM Live and Access To Music to help deliver music workshops for young people. This has involved teaching young people to work in small groups or 'bands' and helping them write a song, or through using jam-hubs and helping them with there musicianship skills. I have so far done these workshops at Latitude Festival, Out There Festival, Caister High School, City Academy Norwich, and Scole Primary School, and I'm doing a week long workshop at The Drill Hall Great Yarmouth this July. I'm also helping out with the Summer Rock School in August through the CME charity group.

Speaking to customers on the phone, using matrices to find out costs, entering data into a database and making quotes for customers. In addition to this I also sorted out customers problems and sent quotes to customers using email, if an order went through then I checked the information and took it through to the operations department to schedule.
