- Coordinating the operations of event-planning and requiring all event logistics are executed flawlessly with a high-level of service throughout the pre-event, and post-event phases of all events.- Acting as client point of contact during event load in, event day and load out.- Responsible for event-day management of all Socal events including but not limited to management of staff, facilities, load in, load out vendors and catering.- Manages rentals and deliveries for all Southport Marketing special events.- Managing all Southport Marketing’s special event FF&E inventory and organization of all client assets.- Provides enthusiasm and positive attitude with an engaging personality and exceptional communication skills for all guests, vendors and VIP clients/executives.

-Coordinating with outside departments (Elite Security, Sodexo Live!, Guest Services, Facilities, Production, and Ticket Operations) to establish all needs for all concerts and events at The Rady Shell and assist Rentals and Institutional Advancement departments with logistics related to rental and special events- Lead the set-up, execution and break-down of all shows and events at the Shell and JMC.- Helping create standard operating procedures for overall management of the venue.- Work with Security officers to maintain access control to performance areas and assist patrons at all security check points, including ticket scanning, line management, and crowd control measures.- Assisting in coordination across departments regarding customer service and using best practices for on-siteevent security, first aid, parking, shuttle service, custodial, box office, food and beverage services, etc.- Enforced the Rady Shell’s policies and rules for guests and visitors during concerts and events.- Managing, training, and scheduling of all part-time event staff, including overnight change-over shifts.- Managed setups and breakdowns of equipment, supplies, and other materials as necessary for operational needs and venue operations.- Assisted in the maintenance and inventory control for all venue operational assets.- Helping create standard operating procedures for overall management of the venue.

- Safely and professionally transport new and pre-owned Audi vehicles to customers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the pristine conditions of the cars during transit.- Familiarize customers with the features and functions of their new vehicles upon delivery.- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and techniques to ensure vehicles are showroom-ready and meet customer expectations.- Work closely with the sales team to assist with vehicle displays, test drives, and other showroom activities to enhance the overall customer experience.
