2024-Multiplex | Saunders International-Western Sydney Airport Aviation Fuel TerminalProject manager responsible for delivering the electrical & instrumentation package of works.2023-Visy-Beverage Can Project $88m project which increased manufacturing capabilities of the site to 1.2 billion beverage cans annually. -Lead and manage the delivery of large scale projects in the industrial, commercial and infrastructure industries on greenfield and brownfield sites.-Managing multidisciplinary teams and operational aspects of projects: 40+ electricians, sub contractors & apprentices.-Ensure project deliverables are occurring according to client requirements, project schedules, estimations, contractural requirements, compliance and OHS.

•Responsible for project management, supervising trades, procurement of materials, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, OHS, commissioning, delivering the electrical and instrumentation work package, monitor construction progress and compliance to relevant standards.•WHS, Quality, Environment & Human resources.•Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure expectations and requirements are met.•Present an image that satisfies clients of our continued focus on their business and individual needs & commitment to customer service.•Complete all projects on time and within the estimated materials & scheduled man hours for the job.•Ensure all projects are properly supervised including: safety, quality, contractual responsibilities, company procedures, financial controls and employee relations.•Purchasing of materials and equipment.•Prepare special process, work procedures and instructions, risk assessments, JSA's.•Actively participate in the development of new business opportunities.•Manage sub-contractors.•Quote project work.•Management of maintenance and construction teams•Facilitate in project and engineering design•Provide technical backup to service and electrical personnel

•Understanding single line, ladder, loop, PID and technical diagrams for installation and break down rectification; electrical and instrumentation processes in hazardous areas•Control loop tuning•Testing and verification of power and control circuits and protection devices•Testing and verification of individual instrument calibration and whole process calibration•Instrument tubing installation•Cross skilling with mechanical technicians/plant operators and carrying out operational duties•Electrical and instrumentation installations; upgrades, additions and alterations to existing equipment.•Loop checks, calibration and commissioning of new and existing measurement instruments and processes including vapour combustion units, gas fired hot oil units, vapour recovery units.•Using SCADA for operational duties and fault finding•Red lining/updating as built diagrams; upgrades, additions and alterations to existing installations.•Conducting periodic Hazardous Area Inspections and management of site verification dossier.•Selection and replacement of electrical and instrumentation equipment in hazardous areas.•Working together with operations staff to maintain ongoing operational safety and stability.•Liaising with manufacturer/vendor technical personnel.•Involvement, adhering working in accordance to site permit to work and lock out tag out procedures.•Participate in 24 hour on call roster.•Mentoring apprentices.
