• Manage certification appeals process and facilitate review and decision with Board of Ethics and Credentialing Trustees (BECT).
• Create certification handbooks and ensure content alignment with NAHRO training programs
• Develop communications and marketing plan in coordination with Professional Development for exam promotion.

• Serve as first line of customer support.
• Manage electronic records and inventory related to, assessments/examinations, Professional Development and Certification department.
• Support implementation of assessments/exams (electronic preparation, shipping, processing/grading, and ensuring security of materials)
• Moderate online NAHRO training seminars.
• Support Training Operations Manager with tasks associated to success of NAHRO training.

• Manage all incoming professional development requests from the Upper Midwest territories (WI, IL, MN, ND, SD, IA, MO, NE)
• Support and/or contribute to the development of new curricular products (Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, PhD Science)
