Added to this, we now offer a range of software solutions to support this process, including our online Conveyancing Quotation & Referral platform, providing solicitors with the ability to offer fully comprehensive and compliant quotes in seconds, alongside our Post Completion tools which allow solicitors to complete their SDLT and AP1 submissions online; reducing time, effort and risk.We are passionate about technology and improving the speed of the conveyancing process. We are currently developing a client portal for customers to interact with solicitors using biometric face scanning technology for AML ID checks, bespoke e-signature documents plus a whole range of online conveyancing forms such as the TA forms which save in real time.
