With the increasing amounts of technology in the automobiles of today, each dealership needs to have an employee that can stay on top of the new technology. For St J Auto, I am that employee. My function as the Certified Technology Expert is to stay abreast of current and newly released technologies in all of the GMC and Buick vehicles that we sell on the lot. I am who the customers see if they have any questions about the technological integration in their new vehicles.

As the parts manager at St J Auto I oversee one full time employee and two part time delivery drivers. My primary role is maintaining the inventory levels, handling the stocking policy and customer special orders. In my time here I've reduced the stocking levels by 18% in order to decrease overhead, and reduced obsolescence from 22% down to under 6%.

I run the service department of a busy GMC-Buick store, always working on keeping the shop moving and customers leaving happy.

We sell rash guards and spats, and other combat sport related training wear.

As the parts manager at Honda of Keene I oversaw two full time employees, as well as handling stocking inventory. In my time there I reduced inventory levels and also decreased the obsolescence rate to 3%. I worked with the sales department to come up with monthly accessory specials, and worked with the internet department to update monthly web specials. I worked hand in hand with the service department in order to keep customers happy and get vehicles through the shop quickly with the right parts being installed. I performed the daily stock and customer orders, and performed the weekly customer and obsolescence returns.

As the Hyundai parts manager I managed inventory stocking levels in order to provide customers with the best service possible. My duties included performing the stock and customer orders, performing the quarterly obsolescence returns, and coordinating with a delivery driver to get parts to the local wholesale shops in a timely manner.

Started by helping out in the service departments throughout Toyota-Volvo, Honda, Hyundai and Subaru of Keene. Learned the parts department, and filled in as needed.Ended up taking the position for listing vehicles on AutoTrader.com for Toyota-Volvo, and helped build the position into maintaining the websites, as well as listing on AutoTrader.com and Cars.com.

As co-owner of Ron Bergeron Masonry, I helped my father run his masonry business. I aided in estimating jobs, marketing the business, handling supplier contacts, as well as taking part in all aspects of building everything from brick walkways to chimneys and fireplaces.

As a delivery driver for Athens Pizza, I made sure customers received their food in a timely manner. In my down time between deliveries I aided in kitchen duties such as washing dishes and doing prep work for the cooks. Once a week I would perform the physical inventory in the walk-in refrigerator and freezer in order for the owner to make an accurate order for the coming week. In my time there I also spent time cutting the pizzas, making sandwiches, fry cooking, and expediting the in-house and to-go orders.
