I worked across organisations and time zones, collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver expert consultancy and bespoke software solutions. TensorWorks specialises in dev-ops, containersation, CI/CD, and performance profiling in Unreal Engine.

Worked alongside my co-founder to build a multiplayer browser-based game golfroyale.io - we launched on Feb 14th 2020 and grew the game from zero to 150K+ total players. Tasks involved architecting the entire stack, cache management, game development, REST API development, ad network integration, community management, database admin, cloud deployment, session management, analytics integration, front-end HTML/CSS/JS, webgl cross-device optimisation, bug fixes, server stability, and implementing various retention techniques such as coins and virtual cosmetics.

I am one of the founders of 2Bit Studios. Together the team and I have created a number of small game-jam games and a cross platform multiplayer (console and PC) title called "Toys of War" (see http://2bitstudios.com.au/games/ for a full list of released games). As a founder I have been involved in nearly everything at the company: management, programming, business, graphics, marketing - wherever I was needed.

Founder of a software development club facilitating and growing the skills of JCU students and graduates. My role including formulating the club, organising events, handling funds, purchasing equipment, and generally managing the members.

I worked on a number of commercial projects for various industry partners that have approached JCU with projects. The projects typically involve a combination of research and software engineering. Examples include a dust-reduction simulation software for Australian mines and a roster modelling software package for fly-in fly-out miners.
