My job entails a variety of responsibilities. My responsibilities are split up into "Three Main Parts", all of which include a plethora of paperwork and customer service. These 2 things are something I take extreme pride in. When I'm out in the field I'm the face of the company so as a representative of Safe Tech I make sure my helpers and myself are always on our best behavior and that were dressed properly and were always very polite no matter what situation may arise. 1) Fire Alarm inspections - I conduct complete Fire Alarm Inspections in all of SW Florida for example I test all the Lee County Schools every year and just about all the High Rise Condo in Naples and Fort Myers Beach just to name a few as well as places like Gulf Coast Hospital and everything in between big and small. 2) Service - I've been running service, usually when I do not have an inspection scheduled for the past 2 Years or so. That includes everything from tracking down Ground Faults, Opens, Shorts, Phone line issues on Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, and Camera Systems. 3) On-Call Technician - I've been running On-Call a few months after I started with Safe tech about 3 years ago when I was given a work van. I usually am On-Call 2 weeks out of the month and have to be available 24 hours a day and ready to go when that phone rings. My responsibilities consist of just about everything and anything in the Fire Alarm/Security Field.

I completed my 5 year Union Electrical Apprenticeship at Local 349 (Fort Myers) in July 2013. I worked for "A&A Electrical" based out of Tampa for the first 2 years of my apprenticeship at a Water Treatment Plant in North Cape Coral. When that job completed I was picked up by "Regal Electric" 2 weeks later during the end of my second year of my apprenticeship. After 3 months I was transferred to "Safe Tech, Inc." a Fire Alarm/Security that was at the time was part of Regal Electric due to my previous experience with a company based out of Miami called "Citizen Protection" were I was a Superintendant before I joined the Union.
