Working to deliver projects to our clients through RIBA work stages 1-7 to the highest standards, maintaining the firm's reputation for quality and design excellence. Managing and motivating allocated assistants to achieve the objectives of the particular client project and the objectives of the company as a whole.Bringing new client opportunities to the business and maximising the repeat business provided by current clients.Managing project team relationships and mentoring other staff members and providing progress reports to the Studio Leader.Providing overall management of each particular client assignment within the resource constraints of budget, people and time, including the ongoing monitoring of the assignment. Delivering client presentations.Providing technical and design input to client projects.Providing advice to clients in respect of compliance with CDM regulations, including provision of design risk assessments, environmental legislation and Health and Safety legislation.Preparing and/or review working drawings, specifications and associated documents.Establishing and maintain the project programme.Monitor and review projects in order to achieve acceptable standards of environmental performance.Provide environmental advice to the client.Identify and record consents required.Review and incorporate project information provided by others.Monitor production of computer based data.Sign Interim Certificates and deduct monies for defective works.Request proof of payment to Nominated sub contractors.Sign Architects Instructions.Advise if sub consultant performance is less than satisfactory.Provide information for H&S File and maintenance manuals.Chair and minute Design Team Meetings.Chair and minute Site Meetings.Monitor progress on site.Undertake periodic site inspections.Monitor compliance with Health and Safety onsite.Advise client of implications of Practical Completion.
